Cancellation of all display, *classified and internet advertising in Frozen & Chilled Foods,
must be put in writing to us and signed by you.
You can fax your cancellation notice to us on +44 (0) 1732 865874 or email publisher@frozenandchilledfoods.com.
Upon receipt of your cancellation fax and/ or email, we will call you to confirm your cancellation
request.
Cancellation charges
Depending on the number of days prior to our publication date, you will be liable for the
appropriate cancellation charges:-
- More than 31 days prior to publication - No Charge
- 28 days prior to publication - 10%
- 21 days prior to publication - 15%
- 14 days prior to publication - 30%
- 10 days or under prior to publication - 50%
